Tell Your Truth! Self-Reflection Workshop
early access...
Hi lovely people,
I promised I would be bringing news and here it is - the first More Being, Please workshop of 2026!
As a gesture of thanks and appreciation, I’m sharing the details of the workshop with you all before it goes out more widely later this week 🩵
Details below!
Tell Your Truth! A Self-Reflection Workshop
“I want to introduce you to me. I’m just getting to know me. And you know what, anything that’s not growin’ is dead, so we better be changing”
Lauryn Hill, MTV Unplugged
Inspired by the words of Lauryn Hill, in this free online self-reflection workshop, we’ll be exploring self-discovery, change and personal truth.
In this workshop we will:
Have a guided reflective group discussion
Write in response to the themes of self-discovery and truth telling (beginners/non-writer friendly!)
Share, listen and learn from each other
This workshop is for you if...
You’re ready to meet yourself at a deeper level
You’re going through change & transformation
You’re interested in using creative tools for reflection
You seek community and connection with people who have big hearts, big feelings and who value depth and reflection.
Please note places are limited to ensure an intimate group setting.
Additional info:
This workshop is for reflection, writing and community sharing. All levels are welcome.
Please bring a journal and something to write with. (If you’re able to make your space cosy and comfortable, even better!)
The session will take place on Zoom. The session will not be recorded.
The workshop will last roughly 2 hours.
